Payments are refundable only if an appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), are subject to a 50% fee, with the remaining 50% refunded. Rescheduled appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. No credits are issued.

Once an appointment has been completed and services have been rendered, all fees are non-refundable.

For services that involve the review of submitted health information (including the online Health Assessment), refunds are not issued once the review or consultation has taken place, regardless of outcome.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information prior to their assessment or consultation. Errors or omissions in submitted data do not qualify for refunds.
